Notice is hereby being served to all members of West Bengal Academy of Echocardiography that the 13th Annual General Meeting (Virtual) will be held on Saturday 21st November, 2020 at 7:00 pm to discuss the following agenda :

1. Confirmation of the minutes of the 12th Annual General Meeting held on Sunday 8th December, 2019.
2. Business arising out of the aforesaid minutes.
3. To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Society for the past period (2019-20)
4. To receive and adopt the audited accounts for the period (2019-20).
5. To appoint Auditors for the year (2020-21).
6. Consider any other business with the permission of the chair.
